Tulsa, OK – As the Chili Bowl kicks off the 2010 midget race season, the new year also ushers in the 100th Anniversary of the Speedway Motors Belleville High Banks in Belleville, Kansas.

“On behalf of the entire Republican County Fair Board, we are excited to celebrate 100 years of racing at the Belleville High Banks. We’d like to invite all the great fans here in Tulsa to Belleville this season to help us celebrate” said Fairboard spokesman Raymond Raney.

The world’s oldest continually operating dirt oval kicks off its 2010 season on June 13, with the NCRA Late Models vs. MARS Late Models.

The inaugural $10,000 to win Belleville 100 Modified race will be held on July 2-3.

July 31 through August 1 features the Colorado Vintage Oval Racers.

On August 5, the O’Reilly All-Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Cars & 305 United Rebel Sprint Series kicks off a weekend of open wheel racing in Belleville.

The 33rd Annual Speedway Motors Belleville Midget Nationals runs August 6-7. This prestigious event will feature many of the competitors running this year’s Chili Bowl Midget Nationals.

The 100th season wraps up on September 5 with a triple NCRA line up of late models, modifieds and sprint cars.

The Republican County Fairboard would like to extend its thanks to all the race fans out there for continued support of one of America’s most historic racing venues.
